Paste magazine names Bob Dylan once again as the Best Living Songwriter. I recall last year Paste also mentioned Dylan as top of the best dead songwriters-he’s the best in either realm! Dylan was told this by an interviewer about Paste’s dead songwriters list and his reaction? He laughed.
